Television Center provides ever expanding features, services and amenities to serve a wide spectrum of businesses – from Gold’s Gym Hollywood, to Hollywood Studio Gallery, BLT Studios, and many more

Our diverse clientele also includes a superb array of industry photographers, artists, editors, audio/sound recording studios, a school of computer graphics design, art galleries, acting studios, digital and casting facilities, and much, much more. They all enjoy our amenities, features and services

Flexibility

Spaces can be built to suit your needs – whether that means standard offices, wide-open creative space, or a technical work environment. Our lease options are just as flexible, currently ranging from 300-6,400 sq.ft., with terms varying as short as three months to as long as five years.

Historic Charm

Historic Art Deco styling, featuring modern and creative offices, as well as open floor plans with high ceilings, warehouse-style windows and polished cement floors.

Community

You will know our staff by name. You’ll enjoy holiday events with your building-mates, including our annual Thanksgiving “pie day” in the lobby and our winter holiday banquet. In short, you’ll be part of a real community – not just an anonymous tenant. Welcome!

Responsiveness

Our management and maintenance teams are on-site during business hours, meaning small repairs and issues are addressed quickly – before they become real problems.

Parking

Our newly opened 6300 Romaine Street parking structure provides our tenants 24 hour access to ample parking, inside of the parking structure, as well as the exterior parking lot. CCTV Cameras monitor both exterior parking lot and parking structure. We offer parking validation for tenant guests and parking key cards for tenant usage at negotiated rates. The parking lot has two convenient entrances and exits located on Cahuenga Blvd and Cole Ave.

Convenience / Lifestyle

Television Center is home to Gold’s Gym (with membership discounts available for tenants) and within walking distance to popular restaurants, markets, shops and entertainment, including The ArcLight Theater complex or you can choose to relax and socialize on-premises which include a roof deck, patio, and lunch areas.

24 Hour Security

Security Personnel are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. CCTV Cameras provide 24 hour surveillance and are monitored by Security Personnel, who also patrol Television Center property on foot and in a patrol vehicle. In addition to this, our Security Personnel are part of a nationally known security industry leader and provide ample security presence and technical support. Furthermore, Television Center also benefits from the Hollywood Media District’s Business Improvement District who provides added vehicle and bike patrol for security, litter removal, and community improvement efforts.

Building Policies

  • Pets are not allowed on site, with the exception of service animals
  • Due to the Labor Code 6404.5 this is a smoke free environment and smoking is not permitted indoors. We do have 3 designated outdoor areas for your smoking needs

WORKSPACE SOLUTIONS

Hollywood is undergoing a civic and business renaissance that furthers the town’s reputation as the entertainment and media capital of the world. From “Hollywood and Highland” to Hollywood and Vine, from Paramount Studios to the Hollywood Center – the shops, studios and glamour are back, and Television Center is at the “center” of it all.

Television Center is a business leader – and physical anchor – of the Hollywood Media District’s BID (Business Improvement District), a cooperative of 220 commercial property owners in the heart of Hollywood dedicated to improving the local economy and community. These properties pool their resources to attract talent, investment and technology to the area. They promote local theater, improve public spaces and transit, and increase security and litter removal. The result of their efforts is a strikingly clean, safe and vibrant community.

The Television Center property is a “community” unto itself, covering two city blocks – between Santa Monica and Willoughby, and Cole and Cahuenga (just west of Vine) – and encompassing a spectrum of business and artistic ventures. It’s a fun, casual, busy community, bustling with actors, artists, film crews, gym-goers, café dwellers and business people – a great place to work, and a great place to take a break from work.
